These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the CamControl scheduling and livestreaming service and website (the "Service"), operated by Legacy Live Streaming, LLC (d/b/a CamControl) ("CamControl," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CamControl enables a funeral home to schedule services, share a private viewing link with a family, and broadcast a service to a chosen destination — including the home's own YouTube channel or a CamControl watch page — with a local recording retained as a backup.
The Service is provided to funeral homes onboarded by us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the recipients you designate to receive confirmations and alerts, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any links or credentials issued to you.
If you choose to stream to a YouTube channel, you authorize CamControl, through Google's OAuth sign-in, to create and manage live broadcasts on that channel on your behalf. You represent that you are permitted to authorize that channel. Your use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so will prevent CamControl from managing further broadcasts on that channel.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to stream content you are not authorized to stream, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Services and recordings belong to the funeral home and the families it serves. CamControl does not claim ownership of your content and processes it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to make the Service reliable, and the local recording is designed as a dependable backstop. Nonetheless the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including of third-party services such as YouTube or network providers outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamControl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or interruptions arising from use of the Service.
Either party may end use of the Service. On termination we will handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
